Senior Business Analyst (offline)

Skills must have:
— 4+ years of BA professional experience in IT-outsourcing company;
— Ability to conduct a market research to identify product core values, suggestions and new ideas;
— Ability to create product concept from the idea stage;
— Strong communication and presentation skills;
— Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and leadership skills;
— Strong communication and team-playing skills;
— Proven ability of turning customer ideas into functional documentation for the development team;
— Service-oriented mindset;
— Critical thinking that produces good ideas/solutions;
— Understanding different roles within the development team and ability to support them;
— Competent to drive a productive meeting with 2-15 participants;
— Owns a product even when not given formal ownership;
— Is able to tackle unforeseen problem(s) as well as manage risks to minimize impact;
— 2+ projects that were related to 2+ different domains or subdomains;
— English — Upper-Intermediate level. The higher, the better.

Will be plus:
— Fintech experience (core banking, mobile banking, foreign exchange, stock exchange, etc.)
— Good understanding of how Platforms are evaluated;
— Experience building and maintaining a platform;
— Experience in analyzing big datasets, statistics;
— Ability to find patterns in data;
— Good presentation skills (from internal demos to workshops and tenders).

Responsibilities:
— Discover, capture and manage requirements through their lifecycle;
— Analyze clients’ problems, define key targets and present bespoke solutions;
— Facilitate stakeholders collaboration for successful project delivery;
— Understand and feel businesses’ requirements to produce requirements for a development team;
— Tailor design and solution development according to customer needs and business pain points;
— Participate in the pre-sale activity.
— Backlog prioritization/refinement;
— Solution/feature feasibility evaluation;
