Head of Performance Marketing (Head of UA) (offline) $3000-6000

A newly founded Health & Fitness company is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to become a key marketing team member. You will work on challenging projects that utilize state-of-the-art technologies and deliver value to people who want to change their lifestyle for the better.

We are partnering with Palta (known for MSQRD, Flo Health, Prisma Labs, wannaby, VOIR, etc.), which helps us grow faster by getting support and mentorship from the world-class experts & founders.

*You'll contribute by:*
- Play an active role in the formulation of the business/brand’s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies
- Develop effective performance management arrangements that support the achievement of the business’s overall targets, goals, and objectives
- Identify of opportunities that improve the productivity and efficiency of programs and campaigns
- Set up and launch advertising campaigns to promote the product
- Generate and present new ideas
- Optimize the advertising campaigns to achieve KPI
- Analyze the advertising campaigns and attracted users
- Create a team from scratch

*We expect that you have:*
- 4+ years of professional experience managing digital performance-based advertising campaigns;
- Deep understanding of FB campaigns testing, optimisation and scaling is essential.
- Ability to make comprehensive marketing plan aligned with KPIs, Budget and Creative resources
- Good understanding of metrics: CR, CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.;
- Analytical mindset;
- Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel.
- Creativity, problem-solving, passion and attention to detail;
- Self-starter who can take ownership of projects from concept to release;
- Excellent English skills (B2+).

- Passionate about Health&Fitness
- Experience with various traffic sources: Snapchat, TikTok, Google UAC etc.
- Experience writing detailed creative description/scenario for motion designers
- Experience with third-party attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)
