Marketing Design Department Manager (offline)

Required skills
At least 1 year of experience in project management;
Middle/Advanced knowledge of Jira;
Understanding of content management processes at marketing departments

Responsibilities
• Manage the working process of a group of 3 graphic designers;
• Lead the Jira board: create, assign design tasks;
• Gather the content needed for design work, request missing content from stakeholders;
• Run daily morning design standups with marketing design team;
• Run daily evening design meetings with design department and stakeholders ( 19:00 — 19:30 GMT +2 )
• Cooperate with Product Design Teams in order to get and distribute the content to Marketing Design Team;
• Coordinate and control of the team’s work on the projects and processes, such as:
— Development of infographics;
— Graphical materials for websites and emails;
— Design of posts at professional networks;
— Presentations design;
— Design of short animation clips and also design of frames for complex video clips;
— Design of print materials
