Junior IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
— 6+ months of experience on the same position or IT recruiting certification
— Good understanding of technologies, languages, frameworks
— Experience in boolean, x-ray searching
— Upper-intermediate English level
— Excellent communication and presentation skills
— Good problem solving skills
— Result orientation
Responsibilities:
— Using creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source and engage candidates
— Organizing and conducting HR, Technical, Project, Client Interviews
— Managing the schedule of all interviews between candidates and supplying hiring manager with all information about the candidate
— Completing Candidate’s Profile and assuring this profile will be filled by the hiring manager
— Maintaining all interview outcomes data in the ATS
— Providing candidates with feedback after each interview
— Assisting Hiring Manager in gathering references and checking the background of a potential employee, preparing and sending offer packages or rejection letters
— Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
— Analyzing the external labour market as per company needs on a permanent basis and proactively respond to it
— Research and recommendation of new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
