Position details

- Job title: B2B Digital Marketing Specialist
- Location: Kyiv, Lviv (Remote)
- Salary/budget: $1,500-3,000
- Type of role: Full-time with a flexible schedule
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

- Launch campaigns in Facebook, Instagram & Twitter
- Manage of our social media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (business page and founder's profile)
- Collecting analytics of all funnel stages
- A/B testings for ads and website pages
- Email-marketing: promotional campaings, automated emails, chains of letters
- Conversion growth hacking in B2B
- Propose new ideas/strategies to acquire new leads
- Measuring ROI and KPIs across all campaigns
- Delegate tasks for designers, copywriters (inner team members or suppliers)
- Work with freelance-based copywriters on our blog

Required capabilities

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital marketing
- Experience with North/Central Europe & USA markets
- Upper-intermediate level English language
- Launch campaigns in Facebook, Instagram & Twitter
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Being empathetic with an intuitive understanding of how ICP make decisions
- Advanced copywriting skills in English and Russian
- Skill of work with Google Spreadsheets;
- Experience with basic types of email-marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Experience in cooperation with suppliers

- Inbox 0 type personality.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
- Google ads
- Emails layouting
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
