Required skills:
- At least 2+ year of recruiting experience in the IT industry;
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates;
- Responsibility, self-management, and ability to work independently;
- Good command of English.

Plus:
- Knowledge of Boolean Search and X-ray search;
- Technical degree or work experience.

In this job you will:
- Own the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. Act as a single point of contact for candidates;
- Build and own the strategy of recruitment;
- Create profound vacancy descriptions;
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
- Schedule and conduct interviews together with the technical team;
- Maintain all relative information in the database;
- Provide assistance to the HR department.
