YOU WILL DO:
 Vendor Management (End to End) / Contract Management – Renewal,
Opportunity, Support of Basis components (Data Base/Application Servers,
Relese transports, etc.)
 Ticket Management- Incident, Problem, Service request, and their SLA, Tier0,
Tier0,5 support (Triage tickets), ITSM/BSM process compliance
 Change management – Change Requests, Weekly, Monthly, yearly releases,
patch upgrades, version upgrade, IT MICS remediation etc.
 Continuous improvement (Standard/Custom programs & AddOns)

 Primary POC for day to day business escalation and Severity approval for
issues
 Server Capacity Management
 Notifications related to application downtime, upgrades, incidents, availability
etc.
 MICS Follow-up for evidences from support teams or Vendors
 MICS monthly approvals- attestation / compliance with existing and new
MICS/SOX
 Budget Management – LE, 1YP, 3YP, PR,PO, GR, Invoice, Opportunities
 License Management
