Project manager (offline)

Required Skills:
- 3 or more years of project management experience in IT (outsource);
- PMP, Scrum certifications will be a plus;
- Detail-oriented;
- Thrives in a collaborative environment;
- Good communications skills, with customers, team, and stakeholders;
- Business & IT strategy experience;
- Customer-focused mindset;
- Knowledge of related software tools;
- English of upper intermediate level or higher (writing, speaking) is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Create & manage project plans;
- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress;
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives;
- Deliver and deploy technology solutions;
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution;
- Manage risk tracking and mitigation process;
- Monitor and manage project scope;
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors.
