Provider Experience Specialist (offline)

What You’ll Do:

- You will be responsible for the onboarding process, process implementation, and improvements to the processes.
- You will be expected to maintain documentation collection of each hire from day one.
- You will be an innovator and part of the training development phase of each clinician.
- You will coordinate every introduction meeting and weekly check in with our providers to ensure they’re supported will present Sprout to new hires.
- You will be essential in recording clinician’s availability throughout the week to take on new patients.
- You will play a major role on engagement level and satisfaction with each clinician by checking in.
- You will manage and review clinicians' work performance in order to build a strong and unique team.

What You’ll Need:

- Fluency in English: both written and spoken
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Administration, Operations etc.
- You are organized and keep a record. You view this role as an opportunity to build a team from scratch and you use your administrative skills to keep track of all relevant information.
- You have awesome communication skills. You don’t just talk, but you know how to listen, how to ask the right questions, and you are attentive to the needs of others.
- You are attentive. You know that by checking in, it means that you understand where clinicians stand on a weekly basis, and this is important for the success of Sprout in the long run.
- You enjoy processes. You enjoy solving complex problems and like to map out issues that need to be resolved by implementing a project management tactic to tackle each one of them.
