Senior QA Engineer WEB (offline) $2000-3000

Requirements/experience:
• Strong testing technical ability across multiple platforms (Web, Services, SQL)
• Experience in Web Testing
• Good REST knowledge
• Good SQL knowledge
• Understanding of: HTTP, XML/JSON
• Familiar with continuous integration (Jenkins) and source control systems such as GIT
• Experience producing key test assets (requirements gathering, test plans, test reports)
• Understanding of SDLC process (Agile/Scrum)
• Understanding of test design techniques
• Good knowledge of different testing methods, techniques and types
• Be familiar with test management tools (TestRail)
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Strong sense of self-motivation, organization and strong analytical skills

Would be a plus:
• Knowledge in Finance and Banking sectors

Responsibilities:
• Test Plan Creation/Review/Update using Test Techniques and/or Test templates where relevant
• Create manual test cases for cross-functional project with well-balanced coverage across Web, backend integration and database.
• Execute test cases (WEB + REST API + DB)
• Collaborate with Analysts, Developers and other QA team members as required on acceptance criteria that need to be tested
• Be familiar with new technologies and share them with the team
• Mentoring/Coaching ability
