Middle QA Engineer (offline)

OVERVIEW
Our customer, SCADA International, enables the renewable energy sector to optimize production and reduce cost, through intelligent software and hardware that captures live production data from various sources and turn them into decision supporting information. SCADA International is trusted by hundreds of customers, and the customer range spans across the world's leading organizations.

Our SCADA system consists of multiple parts. Web application, built with the latest web technologies. Services that connect to wind turbines to collect, process and provide the data in meaningful format. Configuration tool to change system settings and thus define a behavior of the system.

REQUIREMENTS
In-depth knowledge of software testing techniques and processes
Solid manual software testing skills, at least 1 year of experience
Experience in working with Data Bases, ability to write SQL queries
Good English skills with easy verbal and written communication
Great team work skills
Attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform manual testing of web application (both front end and back end sides)
Investigation and clear description of found issues
Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Prioritizing and planning quality testing activities
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
