Job Responsibilities
Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, create long-lists and build pipelines
Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position
Conduct pre-screening interviews, contribute to the candidate selection process
Manage job postings in recruiting system and job boards
Participate in campus recruiting activities
Participate in events, assessment and interviews for hiring candidates
Maintain relevant applicant and interview data in corporate ATS
Perform other special projects as assigned
