Application Business Analyst, Financial Systems (offline)

Must have
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Large Data Projects
- Familiar with the overall data industry landscape in terms of technologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience implementing new business processes and refactoring old ones
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements including acceptance criteria
- Grooming user stories, working in an Agile CI/CD environment, etc.
- Experience scoping, sizing, and planning deliverables
- Experience participating in or leading in the development of test plans
- MS SQL familiarity required, Azure highly desirable
- Working knowledge of ETL and data architecture best practices
- Good knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices
- Experience with data tools is a must (mostly agnostic here but Tableau would be nice)
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and deliver results
- Communication Skills: building consensus, collaborative approach, documentation skills, customer service oriented
- Spoken English

Would be a plus
- Experience with data profiling, modeling and/or mapping
- Experience with DB technologies
- Experience with different methods of requirements gathering. (Groups/Questionnaires/Interviews)
- Ability to work effectively on multiple priorities with strict timelines for deliverables
- Analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems
- Ability to converse in both technical and business terminology and concepts
- Familiarity with data governance and data management
- Experience with sensitive/private data
- Experience in the financial domain
- Testing skills
- Marketing skills
