Project Manager (offline)
Description
Working on Analytics & Customer Engagement business unit (ACE), we are looking to expand our team working on the application suite, which includes:
1) Analytics and data integration to give small merchants access to the same types of big data tools that their large competitors use
2) Marketing and web service integration to power various marketing tools like email marketing, social reputation management and other tools
The product allows 70,000 end users to quickly validate their marketing, and provides social reputation and customer demographics. It is both challenging and exciting, as it includes three products with integrations with third party providers.
There is development on the client side for each of the modules, so you will be constantly coordinating with the team to deliver. Your work will impact small merchants worldwide by empowering them to make data-driven marketing decisions, as their large competitors do, to grow their business

• We currently have a team of 20 working on various initiatives and would like to expand and grow the team.
• Dev.Pro delivers full SDLC. We follow agile processes such as Scrum with 4-5 Scrum teams.
• You will have an opportunity to work with metrics and improve and establish project processes.
Responsibilities
PM tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
• Manage software development processes on your projects
• Ensure project deliverables are on time and within constraints
• Prioritization of project goals/tasks and its distribution among team members, and monitoring of project progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform change management process
• Perform stakeholder management
• Short-term and long-term planning
• Integration management
• Perform risk management to mitigate project risks and its impact
• Manage project resources
• Develop comprehensive project plans and present to stakeholders
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• People management (motivation, personal growth, development plans)
• Initiate and approve required project-specific training for the project team members
• Work with top management to constantly develop and improve project processes

• At least 4+ years of experience in software project management
• Knowledge and experience in managing projects in an Agile environment

• Mentoring more junior PM(s)
• Experience working with a distributed team
