Responsibilities:
- Work with a concept to design the UX and UI parts
- Research competitors
- Design the screens regarding perfect cases, corner cases, system statuses
- Check the design concerning the Usability Heuristics
- Review the design with stakeholders
- Optimize existing products
- Share your results with the team using Atlassian software
- Attendance at daily meetings, planning, and design syncs
- Keep in mind the iterative design way
Required skills:
- Experience in designing web and mobile products;
- Understanding and extensive experience in producing high-level composition (layout, typography, colors)
- Skills in low and high fidelity prototyping
- Awareness of the latest Web/Mobile UI/UX trends
- Experience in developing design system/UI Library
- Understanding of popular frameworks (Bootstrap, Material Design, iOS guidelines)
- Experience in using design, prototyping, and delivery tools (Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Creative mindset and customer focus
- Being a self-starter, well-structured and attentive to details
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Intermediate in English or higher (both written and spoken)
As a plus:
- Experience in mobile banking applications or financial digital software
- Ability to analyze product usage data
- Following accessibility standards
