The main emphases are:

7 years of experience in sales, of which at least 3 years in Ukraine - Familiarity with the Ukrainian market is very important to us, it is a different market.

5 years of experience in selling Enterprise Software (enterprise software that indicates that the candidate is familiar with processes in WMS, ERP - SAP, ORACLE, C1 CRM).

Worked with the medium-sized companies market in Ukraine. (Knows the style of work with them and has good connections relevant companies and enterprises and consultants in the field of enterprise software, IT.)

A salesperson with proven success in sales of hundreds of thousands of euros and up to a few million per sale. (These sales are not like sales of products at 2,000 euros or even 20,000 euros).

 

Also in a salesperson we look for charisma, confidence, reliability , And the ability to persuade.

Also this salesperson needs to perform all the stages of the sale itself - from generating leads (finding potential companies), initial engagement, initial meeting, presentations, contract, closing a deal.

Long distance runner - looking for someone to be with us for at least 5-10 years. It is important for us to see stability in his cv, at least 5 years working in one company in the past.

Ability to work independently.

English - writing and speaking.

Ability to bring quick results and strive for a goal - ability to close a deal.

Good control of the OFFICE tool (including PPT).
