Project Manager (offline) $1300-1600

Required skills
Related experience of managing software developement projects from 1.5 year with teams 4+ people;
Experience with bringing projects from initiation to successful delivery;
Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher (written and spoken);
Clear understanding of the software development process and agile frameworks;
Developed communication skills, leadership, decision-making and liability;
Strong analytical skills and fast learning;
Ability to maintain a high level of organization while managing several projects simultaneously (usually, 3-5 depending on the project scope and size).
Experience in working with Atlassian workflow tools: Jira/Confluence;

As a plus
Experience in managing projects on ecommerce platforms: Magento/Shopify/Woocommerce or others.
Skills and interest in people management and process building and improvement activities

Responsibilities
Project management from planning, creation and prioritization of the backlog based on the business and customer needs until delivery;
Communication with customers, eliciting the customer’s needs and values and transmitting them to the team;
Management of the project resources and ensuring timely delivery of the results and releases on a project;
Progress monitoring and providing customers with the regular progress updates and reports;
Team management and improvements implementation activities.
