IT Recruiter (offline)

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities:
β€” Sourcing for technical positions using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal database etc.);
β€” Prescreen appropriate candidates and present them to the hiring team;
β€” Communication with candidates on daily basis;
β€” Updating and maintaining CV’s database;
β€” Conducting technical and other types of interviews;
β€” Providing feedbacks on time;
β€” Work productively in recruitment team to achieve team goal;
β€” Performing some administrative tasks.

Requirements:
β€” At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
β€” Experience of successful closing technical positions Senior+ level;
β€” Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn;
β€” Understanding of Software Development process;
β€” Results oriented, proactive, self-initiative, easy-learning;
β€” Intermediate or higher English level.
