IT Ad tech Company (Kyiv based)

Responsibilities:
· Profiles sourcing, an active search of regular/senior-level IT specialists.
· Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Communication with technical experts in the company to ensure understanding the position requirements and ensuring qualifications of potential leads.
· Pre-interview of candidates, coordinating the process of technical screening.
· Provide feedback to applicants, both positive and negative.
· Manage and updating the candidates database.
· Report to management on the status of open positions.
· Initiating and maintaining company's PR activities in the local job market.

Requirements:
· 2+ years experience with IT Recruiting.
· Good knowledge of the Ukrainian IT job market.
· English upper-intermediate +.
· Understanding of basic IT concepts.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Analytical skills and attentiveness to details.

Additional:
Probation 3 month
2 days office / 3 days remote
