Middle Project Manager (offline)

About the vacancy

This London-based client is one of the world's oldest stock exchanges. DataArt works with the department that manages their information technology for capital markets (stock exchanges, fixed income, and derivatives).

We are designing and building new streaming and distribution capabilities and modernizing the front-end capabilities to create new data-driven applications for clients in capital markets.

Responsibilities
- Management of the software development life cycle, taking responsibility for the implementation of projects
- Management of risks, expectations, and changes
- Day-to-day team management
- Active participation in pre-sales activities and increasing the number of sales to new and existing clients

Must have
- Experience in applying agile development methodologies (Agile, Kanban)
- Experience in providing estimates using various development models (T&M, Fixed price)
- Risk management experience
- Understanding and experience with various types of project documentation (project plan, test plan, scenario description)
- Understanding the stages of the software development life cycle
- Experience working with clients, i.e. building contacts, managing expectations, receiving feedback, discussing requirements, reporting
- Good spoken and written English

Would be a plus
- Experience in managing a group of projects: setting goals, tracking progress
