Senior Automation QA engineer (Java) (offline)

Required skills
— 5+ years of experience as QA engineer
— At least 2 years of experience in automation testing
— Experience working in an Agile development team
— Solid knowledge in SQA processes
— Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC
— Good understanding of HTTP, web services, JWT
— Extensive practical experience in REST/SOAP web services testing
— Good knowledge of Java programming language
— Practical experience using REST-assured, TestNG, JUnit.
— Build tools: Maven/Gradle
— VCS: Git, Stash
— CI/CD tools: Jenkins or any other
— Experience working with Docker containers, Kubernetes
— Experience in using different application servers: Tomcat/Websphere/Jboss.
— Experience working with Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL/MariaDB and Experience
— Has the knowledge to write SQL queries
— Familiar with basic Unix commands
— Others: POSTman, RAML specifications, Swagger, Fiddler, Charles.

As a plus
— Experience working with ActiveMQ/JMS
— Experience in automation testing of WEB applications using Protractor, Jasmine or Cucumber-JS or any other similar technologies

Project description
We are looking for an experienced AQA Engineer to join our team to work with our client: Dutch company delivering omnichannel banking services. The company offers state-of-the-art digital banking software that unifies data and functionality from traditional core banking systems and fintech providers into a seamless, digital customer experience.

Organized for maximum efficiency, the company includes dedicated Research & Development and Customer Success departments. The former is focused on outlining and developing the core software functionality, while the latter works with every client to implement the software to cater to the client’s specific banking needs.
