Cloud Solutions Engineer (offline)

Main responsibilities:
As a part of a project team, you will:
• Oversee and address our customers’ technical needs
• Be part of the process of implementation, migration, and support of Microsoft Services (Microsoft 365 and\or Azure) for Customers
• Define and clarify project scope for smaller scale projects
• Work on project tasks, building and deploying IT systems
• Provide competent technical consulting service ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Work on presales activities along with the sales team
• Work as a third level support for client IT systems that SPAN supports
Requirements and qualifications:
• Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting language
• Excellent knowledge of at least one Microsoft cloud technology
• At least intermediate level of English, both spoken and in writing
• Basic knowledge of cloud services, deployment models and essential characteristics of cloud computing system
Additional advantages:
• Experience and knowledge of other Microsoft technologies
• Familiarity with creating technical documentation
• General knowledge and abilities in information security and cloud security
• Experience in cloud data protection (encryption, classification, retention, archiving, search…)
• Good knowledge of Azure PaaS offering
• Certification in Azure and/or Office/Microsoft 365 and other technologies
