QA engineer (offline)

We are looking for a QA engineer.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the quality of the software deliveries of the teams and to update the documentation according to the software requirements.

You will be taking part in several internal projects (our own products) in different niches.
Technologies: JavaScript, React, Java, NodeJS.
Project management methodology: Scrum

Responsibilities:
• Working in close collaboration with product managers regarding requirements, required updates of documentation and priorities;
• Writing test designs, checklists, execute testing (smoke/regression/feature tests);
• Supporting the preparation of API specification with its main process flow and alternative scenarios.

Technical requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in testing, understanding of test types;
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JSON);
• Experience with API tools (Postman, Insomnia or similar);
• Experience with defect management tools (Jira is a plus);
• English level - upper-intermediate (both written and spoken).

Would a plus:
• Experience with preparation of technical documentation;
• Experience with NoSQL DBs (Mongo DB).

Soft skills:
• Self-organized, attentive to details, thinking out of the box, communicative, a person who is not afraid of difficulties.
