Product Manager (Card Processing) (offline)

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Card processing management, ensuring all the activities are in accordance with established corporate standards;
- New providers search, selection, communicating the terms and conditions;
- New services development and implementation together with our engineering team.

Main requirements:
- Proven experience in acquiring of payment transactions within banking sphere from 2 years;
- Good knowledge of card acquiring processes (onboarding, support, terms and risks);
- Proven experience of MPS (merchant payment solutions) connection and integration (directly or through the partner);
- Good understanding of transaction monitoring;
- Ability to shape and implement performance KPIs for assessing the existing card processing service activity;
- Good analytical skills;
- Positive and proactive approach;
- Motivation to search for alternative solutions for a problem;
- Strong ‘get things done’ approach
- English - upper intermediate.
