Support Manager (ERP project) (offline)

Requirements:
2+ years of project management experience;
High level of planning, scheduling, communication and analitical skills;
Previous experience with ERP related projects;
Knowledge and understanding of business analysis and requirements management basics;
Understanding of software development cycle;
Great in verbal and written communications;
Fluent English — written and spoken.

As a plus:
Experience in IT projects implementation;
People management experience.

Responsibilities:
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business, uncovering areas for improvement;
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies;
Managing projects from scope to the delivery, developing project plans, and monitoring performance;
Maintaining technical documenation of the project scope;
Leading stand up, review and restrospective meetings.
