SMM Specialist (offline)

You will work part-time during the probation period with the possibility to work full-time after its successful completion. This position does not require the perfect conduct of English, however, the higher your level is, the easier it will be for you to carry out your tasks. This position implies working with big amounts of information and a lot of routine tasks, so it's important that you feel comfortable with both and have a good eye for detail and good organizational skills. This is a remote position with occasional meet-ups with the team, so it is required that you know how to organize your work processes and allocate time to different tasks efficiently, as well as how to communicate with the team while working remotely and report in time about the tasks accomplished.

Required skills:
- a minimum of 1-year experience in SMM,
- knowledge of social media scheduling tools,
- knowledge of any graphic design software or application,
- English level of Intermediate or higher,
- experience working with task managers,
- soft skills: responsibility, reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to work with big amounts of information, creativity, optimism, good sense of humor, desire to constantly grow professionally and personally.

Will be a plus:
- experience working with an American audience,
- knowledge of video editing software or motion design,
- good copywriting skills,
- experience working with influencers,
- experience organizing contests and giveaways,
- experience working with Facebook Ads Manager.

Responsibilities:
- during the probation period:
-- assist in the creation of the content plan for company pages,
-- weekly posts scheduling,
-- weekly reporting,
-- assist in the development of new social media pages,
-- assist in the redesign process of our social media accounts.

- after the probation period:
-- creation of the weekly content plan for the existing social media pages,
-- weekly and monthly reporting,
-- working with influencers,
-- organizing contests and giveaways,
-- assisting with content creation for new social media accounts,
-- assisting with creation of ad campaigns.
