We are looking for a mature self-organized content writer who will be responsible for composing various content about the Fluix product, its capabilities, and benefits for the companies in different industries.

The materials are expected to be based on deep product knowledge, current market demand, and discussions with leading industry experts formed into final pieces of content that provide unique value to its readers.

The main target audience is managers from global businesses who are searching for a solution to increase their team productivity. Therefore, the candidate is expected to feel the Fluix tone and style of communication, based on the core Readdle value of putting customers and their problems first and fit the purpose of the content piece in each particular case.

The other, equally important goal is to help people via the Product Knowledge Base and Help Center. One of Fluix's competitive advantages is excellent customer experience. The content writer is expected to keep the Resources section always up to date and helpful for our existing and potential user bases.

Responsibilities:
- Make a research on industry-related topics and craft the unique and relevant content about Fluix and its services
- Ensure effective use of provided keywords while creating content
- Follow product updates and write the articles for the Knowledge Base and Help Center, describing new features, their value and use cases
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Design Teams to reach the desired level of content
