Project manager (offline)

Hello! We are an outsourcing IT company Merehead, which specializes in the development of websites and applications in the market of Europe and the United States.

We are expanding the team as new projects come in, and we are looking for a Project manager with experience and the desire to work in a young and friendly team.

What You'll Do:
— Manage resources (team, time) necessary for the implementation of the project;
— Plan and distribute tasks;
— Keep information on the project, control the timing of the project, determine priorities;
— Monitor compliance with AGILE processes;
— Interact with customers. Negotiate, send layouts to clients, conduct online briefings, approve work;
— Generate new ideas for increasing productivity (for example, conduct teambuilding /workshops with the introduction of new project management technologies).

About you:
— Work experience in a team from 3 people, from 0.5 years;
— Knowledge and understanding of SDLC;
— Experience in project management according to all stages using Agile tools (Scrum);
— Skills of working with Bag Tracking System (Youtreck / Jira) and with Task Managers (Trello);
— Experience in writing technical documentation;
— Experience in building the logic of the projects;
— English level - Upper-Intermediate.

It will be a plus:
— Technical background.

— Good communication skills, the ability to convey to all team members the task;
— Discipline, order, love for the organization of everything around;
— Responsibility and accountability;
— Self-organization, the ability to work in multitasking conditions and the absence of the need for constant reminders;
— The ability to clearly and competently express their thoughts;
— Systemic thinking - the ability to take into account the mutual influence of all the components of the system.
