HR manager / team coordination (offline)

Required skills:
— At least 1+ year of proven experience in recruiting and/or HR for an IT company
— Ability to plan and conduct performance assessments and PDP planning
— Persistence, creativity, outside the box thinking, positive attitude
— Stress resistance
— Strong communication, presentation and writing skills (English at least upper-Intermediate)
— Direct communication with clients

As a plus:
— German language

— Build an efficient environment and culture within assigned teams
— Coordinate internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and stakeholders, staffing statuses and etc.

— News broadcasting to the team members
— Building an Individual employee growth plan (PDP)
— Career path creation
— Organize corporate parties and team building activities
— Create a high level of employees engagement (Google-like practices)
— Account planning and staffing projections
