About us:
WePlay! makes esports cool. If the word "esports" yelled the voice of "gambling, betting" in your head, calm down - this is not what we are doing. We create esports events, we have our own tournament platform, media and production. WePlay! Esports is the first esportainment company that combines esports, storytelling and entertainment content. We want to entertain esports fans and attract new ones by organizing esports online tournaments and LAN finals for professional teams from 2012.

About the role:
We are looking for a Support Specialist to assist our users at weplay.tv, collect feedbacks and escalate identified development bugs.

This role for a person who is interested in esports. Our Support Specialist should be able to solve any issue. You will have information from our database about communication with customers and how to solve issues.

It’s a remote position but “must-have” location of our candidate is Kyiv. Our Support team holds workshops, events and share knowledge with each other at our office.


Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat, email, ticket system
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Gather customer feedback and reach out to provide assistance
- Managing bug reports through Jira, communicating with developers and QA to resolve these issues in a timely manner


Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a support specialist
- Involvement in esports and slang ownership (Dota 2, CS:GO)
- Knowledge of the fighting area (Super Smash Bros, Tekken 7, Street fighter etc.)
- Multitasking (you will work with different channels of communication)
- Troubleshooting (to solve or escalate issue)
- Stress tolerance
- Excellent knowledge of the English language for communication (in most ways is writing)
