Senior Project Manager (offline)

We are looking for a PM to our team who is ready to take responsibility for the project results, ensure meeting deadlines and help us improve processes in the project management department.


Requirements:
5+ years of experience in managing software development projects;
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Proven experience in process development and process workflow;
A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment;
Team management experience;
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-changing environment;
Problem-solving attitude;
High level of responsibility, adherence to deadlines;
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban.


Responsibilities:
Managing product development projects;
Planning and coordinating all project activities;
Preparing and organizing the necessary project documentation;
Organizing cooperation with the parties involved in implementing the project;
Monitoring the quality and project execution according to the client’s expectations;
Leading and motivating the project team and assigning different tasks within the project;
Bringing new and different ideas in the project management system on ways to reach our targets;
Keeping up with technological developments and the latest tendencies.
