Project Manager for internal projects (offline)

REQUIRED SKILLS
- One-year project management experience in IT
- Well-developed communication skills, diplomacy, ability to manage client expectations
- Basic BA expertise, understanding the logic behind working with client requirements
- Readiness to manage several projects simultaneously
- Excellent personal and team time management
- Product thinking, genuine interest in building and developing products
- Knowing the fundamentals of the software development life cycle and the main areas of work with the product (benchmark analysis, promotion, A/B testing, etc.)
- English proficiency - advanced

WILL BE A PLUS
- Track record of working with Jira/Confluence
- Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodology
- Solid knowledge of software development methodologies and PM tools
- Knowing PMBOK and BABOK standards
- UI/UX or marketing background

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stress-free work with no overtimes
- Developing several startup products from the ground up
- Managing small commercial projects, assisting with project estimates for new projects
- Market analysis
- Working with the product user base
- Software development planning for entire projects and separate functionalities
- Close cooperation with our CEO and the delivery team
- Conducting demos and preparing product documentation
