Senior Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
Experience of Managing organization of at least 50+ people;
Practical experience in project and program management;
Past experience of managing multi-location/cross-country teams;
Experience in the international organization, working with EU and North American clients;
Good grasp of modern software development methodologies;
Hands on experience in different outsourcing business models: Fix bids, T&M, Cost+;
Strong budget management skills;
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills;
Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakeholders globally across clients, sales, delivery & HR;
Fluent English;
Education – MS or higher degree;
Indicative Experience – 8+ years in managing projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Managing portfolio consisting of multiple projects;
Take control of the following areas on portfolio level:
Delivery Quality;
Client relationship;
Financial performance: revenue, profitability;
Support sales and business development;
Support various organizational initiatives.
