Business Analyst (offline)

2-3 years of experience;

Expertise with writing requirements;

Strong writing and speaking English (Upper-intermediate level or higher)

Higher education in IT or related industry;

Knowledge of general SW Development methodologies;

Agile development experience;

Analytical set of mind;

Strong communication skills.



Will be a big plus:

presentation skills;

UI/UX sketch design experience;

UML modeling experience;

SW QA experience;

Experience in Medical domain.


What to do:

Gather and document requirements form SME;

Requirements elicitation;

Requirements analysis;

Translate business requirements to technical software requirements;

Interact with customers and stakeholders to validate business flows;

Experienced in composing documentation, e.g. business requirements specification, technical requirements specification;

Experience in using requirements management systems;

Experience in managing requirements changes;

Follow documentation guidelines.
