Delivery Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Management of the distributed Ukrainian team, which consists of 17 people;
- Ownership of the team commitments and responsibility for the outcome;
- Deep understanding of the real business needs;
- Improving of delivery process and product quality;
- Maintaining transparency of processes and commitments;
- Moderating communications between the team and the client.

Required skills:
- 2+ years in project management experience with long-lasting projects and middle size teams;
- Technical background;
- Critical thinking and problem solving;
- Practical experience in Agile frameworks;
- Solid understanding of SDLC;
- Conflict and risk management;
- Stakeholder management;
- Experience in leading a distributed technical team to deliver service of a high quality;
- Advanced level of English.

As a plus:
- Strong leadership skills;
- Experience with healthcare domain;
- The ability to motivate and coach the team;
- Ability to set goals;
- Ability to negotiate with clients.
