Technical Support Engineer (offline)

The project is related to digital documentation according to the Swedish law. Our customers use website tools to obtain full documentation packages for government or juristic institutions.

Project related activities:

Configuration and troubleshooting of Linux servers
Management of Linux server via Linode/Digital ocean web interface
Automate routine server task via ansible
Setup backup replication servers
Configuration of Nagios monitoring system
REQUIRED SKILLS
Support Methodologies / Strong
HTML/CSS / Basic
English / Strong

Responsibilities:
Provide senior level Tier 1, 2 technical infrastructure support services for issues
Secure the agreed levels of service are always met according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) such as, but not limited to, response & resolution times, quality levels, work volumes done, etc.
Plan and perform preventive actions concerning the solution and/or its environment to avoid potential issues that may occur in future
Participate in estimation of support and maintenance tasks and work planning sessions
Create and update project support and maintenance related documentation
Perform all tasks and provide deliverables on a high level of quality
Report status and progress according to the project and Company demands
Fulfill service requests
Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
Basic knowledge of support methodologies, processes, planning, tools, and techniques
1+ years of experience with Linux Authorization and Authentication
1+ years of experience with Data Backup and Recovery
1+ years of experience with Log Management and Storage Management
Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS
