Technical Support Specialist (offline)

About: Our product is a B2B solutions for restaurant CRM. This system is used at restaurants (generally in the USA market) and includes a loyalty program, gift card, delivery service, shopping tracker, etc. It consists of the full mobile app for IOS and Android that's eCommerce enabled for e-Wallet and integrated online ordering.

Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers as tier 2 support;
Issue resolution;
Coordination with developers for level 3 repairs.

Requirements:
At least 1,5 years of work experience as a 2nd line technical support;
IT education;
Understanding of client-server architecture;
Knowledge of web/mobile applications lifecycle;
Basic knowledge of SQL;
At least Intermediate English level.

Would be a plus:
Working experience with APIs (Postman)
