Middle Project Manager (offline)

Requirements
Upper-Intermediate English, written/spoken is a must
2+ years’ experience as a project manager
Have excellent soft skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on experience in different outsourcing business models: Fix bids, T&M etc, as well as experience working with Sales on contract negotiation
Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
Experience with different source control and task tracking systems (preferably Jira and Git)
Have experience working with multiple project teams at once, as well as teams of 5+ people
Good project management experience: planning, scheduling, budgeting, issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management
Excellent Knowledge of Bug trackers (JIRA/Confluence/YouTrack).

What to do
Drive project from initiation to closure within budget and schedule and delivery of the company projects
Drive fix bid project estimations in coordination with the sales team and Technical leads
Lead daily stand-ups, iteration planning sessions, and iteration retrospectives;
Ensuring internal and external customers management through effective communication at the level required by generally applicable business ethics standards
Track project health, anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers
Establishing a plan for the execution of the project, including a work-breakdown-structure, task dependencies, team composition, schedule, and risk mitigation
Preparation of new bids (technical and commercial proposals for incoming projects)
Management of the project staff (partially): tracking, coordination, and timely notification of management about the need for career growth of staff; avoiding and elimination of conflicts in the team.
