We are seeking an experienced and passionate mobile user acquisition manager to accelerate growth for Parimatch International on new markets.


REQUARED SKILLS:

- 2+ years in mobile UA.
- Experience operating $50K+ monthly budgets with positive ROI for mobile UA.
- Experience in running Facebook ads, UAC, Tiktok.
- Experience in running ads in in-APP networks.
- Strong experience on ASO across both App Store and Google Play.
- Apple Search Ads experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Experience using app tracking technology such as Appsflyer or Adjust to monitor performance.
- Experience in mobile market and competitors analysis.
- Experience working with the design teams to generate video and banner assets.
- Passion for solving problems through creativity and resourcefulness.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market trends.
- Direct and clear approach to communication.
- Up-Intermediate level of English.

DUTES:

- Develop paid and organic mobile marketing strategy.
- Run market and competitor analysis.
- Run app install campaigns: UAC, Facebook Ads, Tiktok, etc.
- Run campaigns in in-APP networks like Chartboost, Applovin, Vungle.
- Oversee ASO.
- Run Apple Search Ads.
- Test new and innovative areas of apps growth.
- Implement a testing strategy to improve the performance of your campaigns.
- Ensure all relevant tracking is in place to measure the effectiveness of your initiatives.
- Monitor campaigns daily, report weekly.
