Senior QA Engineer (offline)

• 2+ years of professional experience in software QA;
• At least 1 years’ experience of testing web applications;
• Multi-project work experience;
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes;
• Understanding of SDLC in Agile/Scrum;
• Solid understanding of test design techniques;
• Understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, API, JavaScript;
• Familiar with micro-services architecture;
• Strong technical background;
• Overall software testing;
• Automation testing on Selenium IDE/Pyton/Java/JS;

• Communication skills: diplomacy, patience and ability to listen;
• Presentation skills;
• Organization skills including self-organization;
• Ability to work independently;
• Leadership qualities: ability to inspire, mentor, motivate and make people hear;
• Initiative;
• Stress-resistance;
