Delivery Manager (offline)

Candidates should have the following skills:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in project management, including all aspects of process development and execution;
- Business Analysis competence;
- Technical background in project management, programming or QA;
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle;
- Experience with Scrum/Agile/Kanban methodologies;
- Advanced level of English (practical experience of written and oral communication with native English-speaking people is strongly desired);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
-Strong interpersonal skills necessary to lead a team;
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Business etiquette knowledge;
- Ability to work under minimum supervision;
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words;
- Willingness to self-development.

Advantage will be given to those candidates, who have:
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, standards;
-Knowledge of other foreign languages, except English;
- Experience with task tracking tools (Redmine, Jira etc.).

Responsibilities:
HoP tasks include but are not limited to the following:
BA part: Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. Participating in the Pre-Sale process.
Initiate projects: estimate projects; gather requirements; define objectives, scope and deliverables to be produced, team assembling, understanding and suggesting initial architecture, delivery timeline control.
Plan: develop a detailed work breakdown structure; identify the project timeline, including the milestones, deliverables and possible constraints.
Supervise & set up tracking systems; create, prioritize and distribute tasks among the team members; organize workflows; build and maintain business relationship with the clients; provide status updates on the project progress to project stakeholders at all levels; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Monitor/control: analyze project status against plan; monitor quality of work; manage changes and adjust project plans; mitigate risks; manage a budget; control project deliverables.
