Middle UI/UX Designer (Web) (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Working directly with internal Wordpress team
- Engaging with internal & external users to conduct research and evaluate feedback
- Sketching and prototyping ideas to quickly assess the viability
- Designing the fine-grained details of interactions
- Championing (and improving) our design systems, best practice and UX/UI toolkit
- Producing beautiful, detailed UI, visual & interaction design & animation specifications for Wordpress sites in a different direction (a personal website or a blog, professional, portfolio, e-commerce website, multilingual, business websites)
- Be ready to overtime, not always but it possible.
- Understanding the requirements of the client, to give clear questions that can help you understand the client's needs.

Requirements:

- At least 2,5 years of UX/UI design experience;
- Experience creating annotated wireframes and user flows;
- In-depth knowledge of user interface patterns for mobile, web, and responsive design;
- Excellent UX design skills;
- Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, color);
- Experience in creating a design for WordPress sites
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator;
- Superb attention to detail;
- Ability to work well in an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team;
- Multi-tasking (ability to work not only on one project), hard and fast worker;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Work in a fairly variable environment, the client can often give variable requirements or change them;
- At least upper-intermediate English level.

As a plus

- Experience in creating graphics, infographics and marketing materials.
