German customer support specialist (offline)
We are looking for a German customer support specialist to join our team in Kharkov.
Tasks:
- Dealing directly with customers by telephone and electronically (e.g. online chat and email)
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer queries
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product inquiries
- Providing pricing and delivery information
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate person
- Keeping records of any chat or email with customers and any actions taken
Requirements:
- German language Upper-Intermediate or higher (can read, correspond and speak in German)
- Experience in Customer Service , understanding of supporting process and principles
- Proven time management, strong organizational and follow up skills
- Proactive, customer focused, self-motivated, self-organized and responsible
- Attention to details
- Good abstract thinking
- Sales and marketing experience will be a plus
- English language knowledge is a plus
