Test Manager (offline)

These products are focused on the development and delivery of Rear seat entertainment system inside the automotive area. For being able to fulfill the customer expectations we need additional experienced automation QAs. You will work in a challenging environment with intercultural and international teams where the company culture and language is a mix of German and English. In this role you will be part of the HMI development Team for premium OEM

Responsibilities:
Continue Testing Process improvement
Test Planning
Test Scope definition and prioritization
Reporting
KPIs development
Estimation and Resource management
Risk management
External and internal stakeholder management
People management: mentoring, coaching and onsite/off-shore team management


Mandatory Skills:
Solid background (>5 years) as a Test Engineer - mandatory
Background as a Test Automation Engineer (or SW Developer) - preferable
Background as SDET - is a huge advantage
Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments, understanding key differences, pros and cons of each
>2 years of experience as Test Manager or Project Manager - mandatory
Knowledge of UI Testing challenges, test approaches and various test design techniques.
ISTQB certification as a Test Manager - mandatory.
PDCA implementation experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in Automotive field is preferable.
Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration (CI) techniques for embedded systems - preferable
Understanding of SIL, HIL is preferable
ASPICE standard knowledge is an advantage
