Internal IT Department Manager (offline)

Required skills:
5+ years of experience in a similar sphere
Experience in a similar position
Good management skills
Able to lead and inspire a multi-skilled technical and management team
Strong intellect and good problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
Good strategic, tactical vision and ability to take action
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Good knowledge of Project Management practices and toolkit
Good understanding of purpose, critical components and risks related to IT Products and Infrastructure
Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:
Development of products to fulfill the needs of company departments including budgeting, planning and reporting
Internal IT Strategy
Alignment of the company’s IT infrastructure with business priorities
IT Infrastructure Security
IT Infrastructure Provisioning, Monitoring (including audits) and Maintenance
Maintenance of existing IT Services (Task Tracking Solutions, Project Resources Provisioning, Files Exchange etc.)
New IT Services Establishment
IT Infrastructure cost budgeting and optimization
Department staff management including performance evaluation and personal development
Collaboration with vendors that supply infrastructure solutions
Producing and maintenance of required documentation
