Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:

- Experience in Agile (Scrum & Kanban) and hybrid software delivery methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of specialized project management software (JIRA).
- Good understanding of IT services company.
- Understanding of web-technologies, ability to explain basic things like what is git, script, cron, REST API, СI/CD etc.
- Strong analytical and management skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- English — intermediate and higher.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate with internal and external parties for project management including planning, controlling, monitoring and risk management.
- Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Product Planning.
- Have the ability to lead sessions independently related to keep the project on track (daily stand ups, requirements clarification sessions etc.)
- Report progress and resolve any project related issues.
- Stakeholder coordination.
- Generating project related documentation.
