VoIP Engineer

In order to stay on top as an Internet provider, we must provide stable and secure services as well as develop tomorrow's communication solutions, and be ready to deliver them when the demand arises.


Responsibilities
maintenance and development of SIP core network
development of new telephony clusters
identifying and fixing of problems/bugs in telephony systems
development of an attendant functionality (billing / accounting / etc.)

Scope of the position
Full-time, starting with 6 months probationary employment.
Good knowledge of signaling and media protocols SIP, SDP, RTP / RTCP
Experience with SIP architecture: SBC, B2BUA. Routing, Accounting, CDR
Experience with linux based server environment
SER: OpenSIPs, Kamailio
RTP: RTPproxy, RTPEngine
Asterisk: B2B user agents, Media Proxy servers. Voice mailing, IVR
Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis
Logging: heplify, HEP, Homer, Grafana + Prometheus
Monitoring: NRPE agent, Nagios
Experience of programming in Python would be a plus
Experience in troubleshooting SIP / SDP / RTP related issues
Knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP stack) would be a plus
Experience in building and managing systems within existing SIP core environment.
Experience in programming in C or Ruby on Rails would be a plus.
Fluent oral and written english is a must
