Project Manager (offline)

Now we are looking for a Project Manager who can help us on a part-time model of cooperation. (From 14 hours a week)


Responsibilities:
— Control and manage all phases of a project lifecycle;
— Prepare reports and documentation about the project;
— Keep clear and effective communication internally and externally;
— Manage budget, scope, schedule, quality, estimation;
— Analyze and prioritize project activities and client needs, while establishing realistic deadlines;
— Daily team management, manage team workflow and task assignments;
— Management of several teams at the short-/long-terms projects;
— Managing risks, expectations, and changes;
— Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to client;
— Take part in demo, status meetings with a clients and developers;
— Participate in team members formal assessments.

Ideal job profile:
— Experience: 2+ years in IT project management;
— Understanding project management processes, as well as software development life cycle;
— Good planning and organizational skills;
— Experience in leading several projects simultaneously;
— Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience;
— Experienced with project management tools, Jira, Trello.

Personal skills:
— Ability to learn things fast;
— Strong negotiation skills, ability to safeguard the company’s interests;
— Good leadership skills;
— Proactive attitude.

Will be a plus:
— Technical background in a past, like dev or qa;
— Experience in remote work.
— English intermediate level or higher;
