Senior Python Engineer (Munich) (offline)

Tasks

- Implement algorithms for hardware design (optimization algorithms, geometrical and textual data manipulation, pipelines) in Python
- Convert mathematical optimization problems into actionable code that fulfills engineering requirements
- Process datasets of different engineering files and formats, identifying their patterns
- Optimize code and architecture for performance to reduce compute time (e.g. parallelization)
- Create data translation services, that decode and encode electronics data from different software tools

Requirements

- Solid mathematical background
- 3-5 years of experience with Python
- Experience with electronics tools (e.g. CAD-tools, auto-routers, simulation tools, semiconductor EDAs), experience with the development of electronics engineering tools is a big plus
- Experience in optimization and parallelization
- Agile-mindset and solution driven way of thinking
- Fluent in written and spoken English
