We are seeking now a Marketing Manager

Contract:
Full time, Permanent Contract

Main challenge will be to rapidly scale the business in the new growing market niche and to successfully compete in the global market with several other outstanding marketers.
We expect you to bring your experience in managing our PPC global campaigns, to apply your analytical skills to discover, test, develop and optimise new approaches and add most cost-effective of them to the set of our regular marketing routines. You will join a high performing and motivated team which works as agile sturt-up, challenge the market, experiment and succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall product success, manage and improve every step of the product marketing funnel from ensuring lead acquisition to managing customer churn
- Work closely together with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Continually test the product messaging, positioning and marketing strategy
Initiate, create, manage and optimise multi-channels marketing campaigns actively collaborating with customer service, content, communication and development teams
- Conduct on-going competitive analysis, marketing experiments and A/B tests for CRO purposes
- Improve customer journey from the first interaction with the website to user activation
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis in order to effectively manage SEM strategy
- Forecast, check and optimise digital marketing budgets by all channels
- Set and manage GA and other analytics tools
- Search, contract and coordinate outsourced marketing activity agencies and specialists
- Be on top of newest innovations and trends in digital marketing and in development of online travel technologies.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with proven results, preferably B2C web product
- Hands-on experience in PPC, SEM, email marketing, data analysis and in building of marketing funnels
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Customer-focused, highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Outgoing personality with effective communication and collaboration skills
- Written English of upper-intermediate and above level
- Active traveller and user of OTAs
